Setting Up Names Below Portraits
- Use a larger portrait size — recommend at least 7×9 picas to accommodate names below; the example in the video uses 8×10.
- In the Text Controls area, set the text position to Below. The preview updates to show names under each portrait.
- Optional: choose to put first and last names on separate lines.
Spacing and Margins Options
- Horizontal spacing: controls the space between columns of portraits.
- Vertical spacing: controls the space between rows of portraits. Increase this to make room for the height of the name text.
- Inner margin: increase this to push the portrait group away from the center of the spread (the gutter) and center it on the page instead.
- Give the preview a moment to update after making changes.
Adjusting Spacing and Margins
- Set horizontal and vertical spacing values as desired.
- Adjust the inner margin as desired to center the portrait group.
- Click Flow Portraits to apply.
