Ad Design Setup Button
After activating ads, an Ad Design Setup button appears in eDesign. Work through this setup to make design decisions about your ads before they go live for purchase.
Step 1: Colors
Check Select All in the upper left to allow parents to use any available color. To limit choices — for example, to match your yearbook theme — use the Add New button to build specific colors. You can also search for existing color blends by value and select them to activate.
Step 2: Fonts
Activate all fonts at once with a single button, or search for a specific font or font family and enable them selectively.
Step 3: Layouts
Scroll through all enabled ad sizes to see every available template design. Activate all layouts at once or use the individual toggles to turn specific designs on or off.
Step 4: Default Style
Set a default style using the color and font decisions from the previous steps — including student name font and color, background color, and message text font. This is the starting point parents will see when they begin building their ad.
Restricting vs. Allowing Changes
No (default): Parents start from the default style but can freely change fonts and colors.
Yes (restricted): Parents cannot change the elements you have locked — font, color, background — exactly as you defined them.
You can build more than one style to offer consistent but restricted choices. Parents then select from the styles you have established.
Completing Setup
Click Complete Setup. Within one hour, your changes will be reflected and available to online purchasers.
