Totals Summary

eDesign includes a live financial summary in the upper right corner of the Sales area. Here’s how to use it:

• Look for the barometers in the upper right corner of Sales — one for book sales, one for ad sales (you may see one or neither, depending on your school’s setup).
• These are live reflections of both online purchases processed through the YOC and any sales you’ve recorded manually in eDesign.
• Click the triangle/caret to expand the full Totals Summary panel. Click it again to collapse.
• The summary shows:
  • Total income from book sales and ad sales
  • Students with a remaining balance
  • Discounts applied via coupon codes
  • Order center fees for online ads
  • Net projected revenue — your recorded income after accounting for discounts and fees
