Once you’ve activated items, set pricing, and built packages, you’re ready to go live. Here’s how to send sales live and verify the parent-facing experience:
- Go to Sales > Sales Setup > Items and Packages.
- In the YOC column, check the box next to each item you want to make available for purchase. Unchecking immediately removes the item from sale. Date must also be current for the item to appear.
- Preview the parent experience: Go to Sales Plan Settings and find the Yearbook Order Center Direct Link. Click Go to Site to open the YOC exactly as a parent would see it.
- Verify your customizations appear: school photo, custom text, and all active items with correct pricing.
- Live pricing updates: Any price change you make in Items and Packages is immediately reflected on the parent-facing site — refresh the YOC page to confirm.
- Tip: Always preview the YOC link yourself before publicizing it to parents, to confirm everything looks as expected.
