Items and Packages Screen Controls

The Items and Packages table gives you detailed controls over everything you’re selling. Here’s what each column does:

  • Order: Drag and drop rows using the handle icon to control the sequence items appear on the YOC. Put your yearbook first.
  • Display Name: The name parents see on the order center. Double-click to edit.
  • Items Included: For packages, this lists all items bundled together.
  • Price: The current selling price. Double-click an item to open its settings and adjust pricing.
  • YOC (Yearbook Order Center): The most important column — checking or unchecking this box instantly sends an item live or removes it from the order center (as long as the date is current).
  • End Date: By default, pulled from your global sales plan settings. Double-click an item to set a custom end date for that specific item. Dates shown in red have passed and the item is no longer active.
  • Delete: Items that have not yet been sold show a trash can icon. Click it to remove the item entirely. Items with existing sales cannot be deleted.
