eDesign makes it easy to create professional, customized sales flyers right from within the platform. Here’s how:
- Go to Sales > Sales Setup > Items and Packages and click the Create Sales Flyer button in the upper right.
- A new tab opens with an interactive flyer builder featuring pre-designed templates.
- Select your school: Search for your school name — your school’s colors and logo will automatically pre-populate on the available flyer designs.
- Customize the flyer: Edit headlines, deadline dates, pricing, contact information, and your school’s job number (needed for parents to order online or by phone). A QR code linking to your school’s custom YOC URL is included automatically.
- Flyer categories available: School mascot flyers, sales kit flyers (available in multiple languages and designs), and fully custom flyers where you control every element.
- Click Download Flyer to download a PDF instantly to your device.
- You can download multiple versions as needed — templates are reusable throughout the year.
