To preview an image larger in the library, double-click it to get a large preview. Use your arrow keys to scroll through images, then click the X or click outside to close. You can also select the Preview tab to get a larger preview on the right side of the screen — you can make that preview even larger and scroll through images from there. For the largest view, right-click an image thumbnail and choose to open it in another tab — the full-size image opens in a new browser tab where you can zoom in and pan around to see all the details. Close the tab to return to the library.
In Page Design, you also have the option to open images in the Preview Panel to see them at a larger size.
