Trackpad Settings

Transcript

Moving around the spread with the trackpad on a laptop can be very efficient. How easy this is may depend on the type of computer and trackpad you’re using. For Mac laptops, it works great. But there is one setting you may want to adjust.

By default on a Mac, a two-finger swipe to the left invokes the Back command in your web browser — just like pressing the Back button — which could try to close your Page Design session. To prevent this, go to your Mac system settings and find Trackpad. Turn off the swipe-to-go-back gesture so that a two-finger swipe won’t accidentally navigate you away from your work.
