The best way to organize your photos is with the master list of topics set up by your adviser and editors. Go to the Filter by Topic menu and start typing to find a topic — for example, type “club” to see all matching topics, then select one like Esports Club to pull back all images tagged with that topic, just like opening a folder. Click Clear to return to the full list. You can also click the dropdown arrow to scroll through the complete list, where a number beside each topic indicates how many images are tagged with it. In the Tags panel, you can click the folder icon beside any topic, keyword, or name tag to filter images by that tag — clicking a student’s name tag shows all photos in which that student has been tagged.
At the top right, the filter menu offers a variety of options including Advanced Filters, which lets you combine multiple filters. Two especially useful options in Advanced Filters are filtering by page number — to see all images used on a specific page — and filtering for images used on two or more pages, which helps you identify overused photos. See the related tutorials for more about these advanced filter options.
