To set up text frames with multiple columns:
- Begin with a regular text frame.
- Select the frame. An icon for multiple columns will appear in the top control panel.
- Click the icon. Then, set the number of columns you want to have in that text frame.
- You can adjust the space between the columns. The default is 1 pica.
- As you size or resize the text frame, all the text will reflow among those columns.
- As you edit the text, the text will adjust to maintain the columns.
