Using Advanced Filters in the Library

Advanced Filters let you narrow down images in the Library using multiple criteria at once. Here’s how to use them:

• In the Library, you’ll see quick filters at the top for topics and unused images — these cover the most common daily filtering needs.
• For more control, click the Advanced Filter button to open the full filter panel.
• Available filter options include:
  • Show only (key filters like used/unused, favorited, edited, recently deleted, etc.)
  • Date imported
  • User who imported the image
  • Topic tags
  • Keywords
  • Name tags (find all photos tagged with a specific person)
• As you add filter parameters, pills appear in the filter bar showing what’s active. Remove individual filters by clicking the X on a pill, or click Clear All.
• Click Apply All to update the library view with the filtered results. An indicator shows how many filters are currently active.
