Swapping Images

The Swap Images command moves images between frames — useful for rearranging photos without re-placing them. Here’s how:

• Select two or more image frames (click the first, then Shift+click others).
• Swap the images using any of these methods:
  • Object menu > Swap Images
  • Right-click > Swap Image
  • Keyboard shortcut: Shift+S
• Works with a selection that includes an empty frame, or three or more frames — pressing Shift+S cycles images through all selected frames.
• Different frame sizes: If you swap an image into a frame with a different size or orientation, you may need to crop the image in its new frame to fit properly.
