Advisers can generate a single PDF containing multiple spreads at once using the Multi-Spread PDF option on the ladder.
Creating Multi-Spread PDFs
- Select the spreads to include. Click Export > Create Multi-Spread PDF > Confirm.
- Processing happens in the background. A red dot appears next to Download Manager and turns green when the PDF is ready.
- Open Download Manager to track progress and download completed files; files remain available for seven days
- A green checkmark beside a file means it has already been downloaded; you can re-download as needed.
- Covers and Endsheets are not included in multi-spread PDFs due to their large file size and unique graphics.
- Image quality is slightly reduced compared to standard single-spread exports.
- Use the Download Manager search bar to find PDFs by page number.
- When moving pages to pre-submit, the alert window offers to generate PDFs for any pages that haven’t been viewed yet.
