Importing Send and Sell Messages

You can import Send and Sell messages from a prior year to give your sales campaigns a head start. Here’s how:

• Go to the Sales tab and choose Send and Sell.
• On the Send and Sell screen, click the Import button.
• Choose the prior year/order you want to import from, then select the specific campaigns to bring in.
• Imported messages arrive as drafts — edit the message, adjust it as needed, set your recipient list, and send.
• Note: if the original message included an image, that image will not be included in the import, since it belonged to the original order.
