Copying Character Styles

How to Copy a Character Style

1. Log in as an adviser or editor → Settings → Character Styles
2. Select an existing style.
3. Click Copy — a duplicate is created with “copy” appended to the name.
4. Select the duplicate and edit — adjust the settings and rename it.

This is useful for creating slight variations on existing styles without starting from scratch.
